DreamBIG is coming to the City of Prospect!
Celebrating the creativity and vibrancy of Prospect’s young people, there are plenty of ways to be involved.
Children’s Walking Exhibition
Get ready for a colourful journey through the streets of Prospect. From February to April, submit your 2D artwork to the Newmarch Gallery to be part of a citywide exhibition. Selected works will be transformed into floor stickers laid around the city, creating a vibrant and interactive trail for families to explore. The trail will be installed to celebrate the Annual Schools Exhibition on May 9th and will remain on display until June 9th. Grab a limited-edition tote bag and map filled with art supplies, bubbles, and books to discover the Children’s Walking Exhibition.
- Submissions open February 1 – April 18 for ages 3 – 14.

Community Mural Day
Join us for a chance to contribute to the public art landscape of Prospect. We'll be painting a vibrant mural on Vine Street Plaza, inspired by the DreamBIG theme with local artist Ella Dawson-Scott.

Newmarch Schools’ Exhibition
The Local Schools’ Exhibition celebrates the vibrancy and creativity of our school children. This annual program sees artists working with students from each of the local schools to create original artworks to be exhibited in the Newmarch Gallery. This year’s theme aligns with I Was, I Am, I Will Be.
